Only the 2D drawing is provided, the situation is just the same as the sample. The mould designer will draw the 3D drawing. This step is a process of mold design and review of the product through the information provided by the mould designer to the customer. Product review is not necessarily one time, usually several times.

The second step, the product after the completion of the review, that is, and the customer agreement, (for product review mold designers started to design the mould structure), and then will be adjusted to make the mould structure of the system. This step is to confirm the product review and the entire mold structure an accurate sketch of 2D drawing. The third step is to order mold and inner die steel, according to the mold structure.

The drawings include: CNC (computer gongs) to transfer the relevant programmers; Wire cutting file transfer to relevant personnel; The discharge drawing file is transferred to the relevant personnel; Thimble drawing, water hole diagram, other relevant parts drawings, mainly grinding machines and milling machines and making moulds tapping holes, etc. In the meantime, order the mould parts (mainly spring, thimble, cheese, etc.), the parts can be purchased back in a week or so, and the whole die will be finished 15-20 days.
